Hello, I'm Melissa – I am the photographer, recipe developer, and creative behind the A Couple Bites Photography. I am located in Monmouth County, NJ. I work with restaurants, small businesses, food brands, and food bloggers in capturing their dishes and ideas through photographs and recipes that are relatable, approachable, and visually appealing.

My photography captures the essence of what food is meant to be – inviting images of food that are so real you can almost taste it. The simplicity of my photography style also allows me to capture images that feel like you can reach right through the screen and grab a bite.

In addition to photography, I develop recipes for food bloggers by providing them with seasonally relevant, trendy recipes and all the testing required to produce an exceptional recipe that requires no additional time and effort on the part of the blogger. From concept to testing and the finished product, including photography, I do it all to provide bloggers with polished, ready-to-publish recipes that their audience will enjoy.

Prior to starting my own business as a photographer and recipe developer, I worked in customer experience and strategy for many years, which has allowed me to utilize that background in building my creative business. My clients appreciate my reliability, ability to collaborate with them to meet their needs, and my commitment to the success of their content, rather than just the photographs.
